In 2020 we launched our National Valuation team to reflect the growing demand from clients to deliver secured loan RICS Red Book valuations across an ever increasing geographical area demand, delivering to a range of national banks, building societies and specialist lenders.

This team is managed by our Equity Partner, Ian Pitt as Head of the Valuation Faculty with responsibility for organising the service delivery to a range of corporate, commercial and public-sector clients. Ian is your first point of contact for any valuation work.

As well as the important work undertaken for the banking sector we also provide valuation services for accounting, disposal, acquisition, development, investment, tax and dispute resolution purposes.

We are one of the leading providers of CIPFA Asset Valuations to government bodies, healthcare trusts, police forces and local authorities in England and Wales with a dedicated team managed by Helen McLeod-Baikie, a CIPFA valuation specialist.

Understanding the property market and its relationship to the economy, as well as the impact of supply and demand are all key factors when evaluating property values, this important work is supported by a dedicated team of Valuation technicians ensuring we utilise the most up to date market information.
