Bruton Knowles has been appointed to market both ONE Cathedral View and TWO Cathedral View, now under development at The Forum digital and technology campus in Gloucester.

ONE Cathedral View offers 3,000 to 85,212 sf ft of purpose built, Grade A Flexible Workspace over seven floors, BREEAM rated, WiredScore enabled with Smart access, secure e-mobility as well as car parking connected and on site.

TWO Cathedral View will house The Forge – 18,868 sq ft of serviced digital offices with a physical and digital members club, flexible working environments, and pay-as-you go incubator options for high growth sector businesses.

The Forum, a £107 million, 600,000 square foot digital campus, will be developed as a new gateway to Gloucester… designed to be a centre of digital innovation, as well as creating an inspiring new destination for the region - with two, seven story smart buildings linked by a spectacular sky bridge.

This new development will incorporate landscaped public realm areas, 43 city apartments, 4 star boutique, transport hub, cafés and bars, gym and retail... as well as ONE and TWO Cathedral View.
