The site is located within the village of Upper Moor with direct access off Evesham Road, which has now been superseded by the Wyre Piddle bypass and de-trunked. The village of Wyre Piddle and the River Avon are located two miles to the west. The land extends to 6.44 acres.

The site is identified within the South Worcestershire Development Plan (SHLAA) 2015 ref: 91-06 (see attached). Although indentified within SHLAA, we understand the site has not yet been presented to panel.

The site lies immediately adjacent to a small development of 4 x live/work dwellings constructed in 2010. Two further live/work plots are currently on the market, which are also owned by the landowner.
