    The site is identified within the South Worcestershire Development Plan (SHLAA) 2015 ref: 91-06 (see attached). Although indentified within SHLAA, we understand the site has not yet been presented to panel.

    The site lies immediately adjacent to a small development of 4 x live/work dwellings constructed in 2010. Two further live/work plots are currently on the market, which are also owned by the landowner.
