The subject site is located within the planning jurisdiction of Wychavon District Council. The site was subject to a refusal by the Local Authority and subsequently allowed at appeal. The approved application is detailed below:
W/23/01193/FUL - Construction of 9no. dwellings with garages, new access & associated landscaping. Refused 11th December 2023. A subsequent appeal under APP/H1840/W/23/3336003 was allowed on 18th September 2024.
