Bruton Knowles has promoted several of its staff to senior level across the firm, a testament to its employees’ significant performance in relation to leadership, fee income and the development of the business.

Nicholas Broadway and Chris Renshaw have both been promoted to Partner status.

Nicholas joined Bruton Knowles in 2013 as part of the Graduate Programme and is part of the National Valuation Team. He achieves the new role after spending two years as a Senior Associate.

He has extensive experience in Valuation and is a strong fee earner who continues to demonstrate leadership qualities by taking a proactive role in the delivery of valuations. Nico has also looked at ways to make processes more efficient through several IT and business process projects.

Chris Renshaw joined the firm in April 2012 as an Associate as part of the National Utilities and Infrastructure team, which boasts a strong client base in the North-West. He collaborates with other teams to offer wider skills to new and existing clients.

Ryan Dunphy and Will Matthews are also among those receiving promotions, as they begin their new roles as Senior Associates.

After joining as an Associate in January 2022, Ryan, who is part of the National Valuation Team, has continued to develop his experience in valuation and has built a loyal client base. He looks at ways to increase the number of instructions through providing a quality service to clients.

First joining the firm in August 2014, Will has become a well-respected development surveyor in the National Planning and Development Team with a strong client base. This is growing by the day through his effective and consistent use of social media, such as LinkedIn, giving him direct contact with potential clients.

Neil Young, HR Director at Bruton Knowles, said: “At Bruton Knowles, we are focused on helping our team to progress with us internally and these well-deserved promotions demonstrate this.

“Each of these individuals has demonstrated all of the leadership behaviours within our performance management process and are certainly role models within the company. I would like to take this opportunity to thank them for their contribution and their continuing effort to develop and grow the business.”
