Simon Fife is one of our talented new Partners at Bruton Knowles and he’s overseeing a planning and sustainable development revolution in our Utilities & Infrastructure National Team.
Simon has 40 years of experience across four countries, delivering planning solutions for major developments, including infrastructure, renewables, leisure, residential, industrial and minerals.
As part of the Utilities & Infrastructure National Team, Simon has put in place the building blocks for a successful property-based planning service to support our client’s projects across the business. The planning team includes Lauren McCullagh, a Senior Planner who brings a wealth of public and private sector experience.
The diversity of projects reflects the team’s ability to adapt its expertise to the needs of our clients, from strategic logistics parks, to major renewable energy infrastructure and development land promotion.
The new Planning team ensures that Bruton Knowles offers integrated end-to-end professional services to its existing and new clients, supporting development proposals from inception to development.
Simon said: “The planning team’s growth is part of a larger corporate plan to build on Bruton Knowles’ strengths in the infrastructure, energy, land acquisition and development sectors.
“We aim to build an inter-disciplinary property-based planning service, and we are achieving that with our surveying colleagues to ensure our clients continue to receive the best possible service.”
