As it builds on a widening portfolio of industry-leading work across the public and private sectors, national chartered surveying firm Bruton Knowles continues to attract new team members at the forefront of sector innovation and pioneering best practices.

With its expansion, previous and prospective experts alike are joining the firm, including Associate Jonathan Davies, who, after nine years, re-joins Bruton Knowles' National Valuation Team moving from Avison Young, where he had been an Associate Director for the past five years.   

Specialising in commercial valuations for secured lending purposes, Jonathan brings 20 years of experience working across South Wales and the South West of England to Bruton Knowles. With Cardiff as his nearest office, Jonathan has already made significant strides, supporting the National Valuation Team's ongoing work in providing expertise to banks across Wales.   

On the decision to re-join Bruton Knowles, Jonathan said: “It is an exciting time to be part of the business. Bruton Knowles is growing not just in its valuation work but across multiple industries and sectors through the successes of the specialist national teams. With a widening client base, there is ample opportunity for surveyors to develop significantly within the firm.
