National Chartered Surveyor firm Bruton Knowles has announced its re-appointment to work on HS2, the new high speed railway linking London, the Midlands, the North and Scotland. The work has been secured by the firm’s National Utilities and Infrastructure (U&I) team, which has been retained to undertake property valuations in support of voluntary purchase schemes.

With the go-ahead for the next phase of the high-speed rail network now approved, Bruton Knowles’ contract has been extended.

Bruton Knowles was first appointed to work on the HS2 project in 2015 and is now continuing to support the national infrastructure project, by undertaking valuations of properties being acquired under voluntary acquisition schemes. 

The U&I team has a history of working with clients at the core of the infrastructure industry, including the likes of Network Rail, NET and Metro Alliance.
