Another Industrial Unit Let

Bruton Knowles has completed the letting of Unit 21 to Smartfence UK Limited, agent James Bailey confirms “this is the fourth letting completed at the newly developed scheme on behalf of our clients West Lindsey District Council, with the final 2 units now under offer and in solicitors hands”.

Smartfence will occupy the 1,000 sq ft (93 sq m) unit for a term of five years.
