Surveyor, Will Matthews, has secured the sale of two properties with land in central Gloucester.

On behalf of Gloucester Period Homes Ltd. The sale includes 12 residential apartments and adjoining land, with full planning permission for a further 8 residential apartments and 3 bedroom house. Gloucester Charities Trust (GCT) is confirmed as the purchaser, which provides much needed sheltered housing in the City together with residential, nursing and specialist dementia care to the elderly at a number of existing locations.

The new acquisition will allow GCT to expand on their offering further.
