Bruton Knowles Hits New Heights as Turnover Soars
Bruton Knowles, the independent national property consultancy, has released its annual financial results revealing record turnover and profits.
Turnover has increased by 8% to reach £13.85m (2018/2019).
Net profits have risen by 72% to £2.3m (2018/2019).
The results mark an exceptional financial year for Bruton Knowles as the property consultancy continues to expand nationally. During 2018/2019, Bruton Knowles celebrated nearly 500 new business wins across key sectors including utilities and infrastructure, commercial, public sector and rural.
Furthermore, Bruton Knowles has recently opened a new branch in London, set to service a significant and growing client base in the capital and South East. As part of the move, Bruton Knowles gathered a team of specialists from existing personnel and new appointments, with a remit to manage both existing and new clients better served from the capital.
Bruton Knowles is an independently-owned national property consultancy with 12 offices across the UK. Its large multi-disciplinary team is highly knowledgeable in sale and purchase, valuation, leasing and strategy, providing specialist insightful advice across commercial property, infrastructure, utilities, public sector and social housing sectors, helping clients to achieve more from land and property.
The property consultancy continues to build a reputation for winning sizeable contracts for national status projects, such as HS2 and Hinkley “C” Nuclear Power Station, with utility and infrastructure accounts bringing £6m into the company during the last year alone.
Commenting on the results, Anne Williams, Finance Partner at Bruton Knowles, said: “Bruton Knowles is delighted with the financial results for year end 2018/19. The figures speak for themselves – the team has worked incredibly hard in order to secure record turnover and profit levels as a result of new business wins and improved productivity levels. The fact that we can continue to bring in such a significant amount of new business in a tough economic climate, across a wide range of sectors, and at such a rapid pace, demonstrates the strategic direction and added value that we provide on projects and for our clients.
