Nicholas is a Partner within the National Valuation Team who provides valuation advice for loan security purposes overseeing a range of valuation work across the north of England. Nicholas also has experience providing valuation advice for other matters such as acquisitions, financial accounts and Charities Act valuations. Nicholas’s typical clients are national lending institutions, high street banks as well as public sector clients.
