Harry is a Partner specialising in the disposal and acquisition of development land and property for residential or mixed use schemes, as well as providing advice on conditional contracts, option, promotion and joint venture agreements. He works closely with landowners, land promotion companies, house builders and local authorities throughout the development process from pre-planning to newbuild sales.
Experienced in development consultancy, Harry is frequently asked to advise in respect of development appraisals, land assembly, equalisation, overage/uplift entitlement, covenant and access issues.
Having initially identified and appraised strategic land opportunities, he advises clients on the negotiation and exercise of option and promotion agreements, as well as providing RICS ‘Red Book’ valuations for house builders, local authorities, Registered Providers and landowner clients.
