Sam is a Partner with extensive experience in the trade-related sectors and specialises in hotels, licensed property, healthcare property and outdoor leisure property. Sam is a Registered Valuer and appointed to the RICS President’s panel of Expert Witnesses

Sam is the Head of the Firm’s Agency Faculty and Specialist Markets team, with responsibility for development of these two key areas within the business on a national basis.

Sam’s in-depth knowledge of the business elements of trading businesses results in him receiving key instructions from lenders, operators and public bodies in his specialist sectors to provide valuation, development and viability advice on single assets and larger portfolios across the UK.
