Guy is a Partner and specialises in the provision of development consultancy advice to a wide range of clients across all sectors. He has significant experience in the negotiation, grant and exercise of Option/Promotion and other contingent agreements and is frequently asked to advise in respect of development appraisal, equalisation, uplift entitlement, covenant and access issues relating to development land.

Guy along with fellow Partner Ian Pitt co-manage asset valuation report submissions firm wide to ensure full compliance with the specific Service Level Agreements in place for individual banks well as overseeing new and existing bank panel appointments. He is also head of the Development & Planning Faculty, helping support and further develop valuation surveyors and development surveyors across the business.

Guy has detailed working knowledge of all the main development appraisal software used including Argus (Circle), 3 Dragons, Housing Corporation Economic Appraisal Toolkit and HCA Area Wide Viability Model.
